DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Bifeng Lei (University of Liverpool)\, Javier Resta
López (Universitat de Valencia)\, Guoxing Xia (University of Manchester)\
, Carsten Welsch (University of Liverpool)\, Alexandre Bonatto (Universida
de Federal de Ciências da Saúde de Porto Alegre)\n\n\n \nThe 3rd NanoAc
Workshop on Applications of Nanostructures in the Field of Accelerator Ph
ysics will be hosted by the QUASAR Group at the University of Liverpool an
d the Cockcroft Institute. The event will take place on 6–7 November 202
5 in Liverpool\, UK.\nNanomaterials present unique opportunities for suppo
rting ultrahigh gradients in particle acceleration and radiation generatio
 n. When driven by high-intensity lasers or particle beams\, these material
s can potentially sustain electromagnetic fields reaching hundreds of tera
volts per meter (TV/m). This remarkable capability opens a new frontier fo
r the development of next-generation accelerators and broadens their poten
tial applications across a wide range of scientific and industrial fields.
\nTo explore this emerging area\, the workshop will bring together experts
from diverse disciplines—including plasma physics\, accelerator physics
 \, solid-state physics\, materials science\, computer science\, engineerin
g\, industrial nanotechnology\, spectroscopy and more. This multidisciplin
ary approach is essential for addressing the complex challenges and opport
unities that nanostructured materials present in accelerator science.\nIn
addition to advancing scientific understanding\, the event will provide an
excellent platform for networking\, exchanging ideas\, and fostering new
collaborations.\nThe main conference topics will include:\n\nRelativistic
 laser-nanomaterials interaction\nNanomaterials-based particle acceleration
and applications\nNanomaterials-based radiation sources and applications\
nHigh field surface plasmonics\nParticle channelling in nanomaterials and
 crystals\nNanomaterials\, nanofabrication and targetry\nBeam diagnostics f
or nano accelerators\nSimulation technologies for plasmas and nanomaterial
s\n\n \nThe workshop will be available for online participation. You can
