DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Andrea Santamaria Garcia (University of Liverpool an
 d Cockcroft Institute)\, Amelia Pollard (ASTeC)\n\nThe aim of the ML4Accel
 erators WG is to share progress on projects\, troubleshoot common issues (
 coding errors\, file organization\, data standards\, repositories)\, and e
 xchange practical know-how. We’ll also use the space to keep each other 
 updated on conferences\, abstract submissions and deadlines\, new papers\,
  and relevant news.\nThis is an informal but structured gathering: a place
  to discuss what you worked on last month\, learn from each other’s expe
 riences\, and make sure nobody gets stuck in isolation. Whether you’re w
 orking on experiments\, simulations\, or coding pipelines\, this is a chan
 ce to get feedback\, stay on top of developments\, and build good habits a

  interested in discussing AI/ML\n\n\n \n\n\n\nWhat\n\nRountable of attend
 ants: share your latest news and work on AI/ML (max 5 min/person).\nLatest
  news: chairperson will go through latest news\, upcoming events\, and int
 eresting papers (max 10 min).\n\n\nRest of the meeting will have different
  options depending on the month:\n\nDiscussion session: bring a particular
  technical topic you want to discuss\, a technical difficulty you want hel
 p with\, or a new idea to brainstorm.\nJournal club: we will read a paper 
 in advance and discuss it during the meeting. Needs to be decided at least
  a month in advance.\nRehearsal talk: feel free to rehearse with us before
  an important event and prepare for technical questions.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin
