Description
Following the tremendous success of last year's event, this year we will have a new
edition of the Half Away-Day for PDRAs and Research Fellows. We are thrilled to expand the event to the entire School of Physical Sciences, welcoming colleagues from Physics, Chemistry and Maths to join.
The event will be on 10th September (afternoon).
This year's focus will be on fellowship applications and career development, in response to growing interest in these topics within the community in our departments.
It will be held in person in Lecture Theatre 113 at 126 Mount Pleasant (map).
Registration is now open, with a deadline of 3rd September 8th September (extended!). Please register promptly for organisational purposes.
An informal dinner will be held in the evening. Participants are expected to pay directly for their dinner. Further information will be provided at the end of the workshop.
