We will have a reception for those arriving on Wednesday, at a time to be decided based on flight arrival times. As we only have one full evening the dinner will be on Thursday, the price for which is included in the fee.
Wednesday 'reception'
People arriving in the day are welcom to come to the Oliver Lodge, I am in office 401. We plan to meet at 'The Grapes' on Roscoe street at 6pm. I have booked a table for 7.45pm at Rudy's pizza restaurant on bold street (highlighted in map below). This is not included in the fee. People arriving after that can contact me via whatsapp (see email) for our location.
Thursday Lunch (included in fee)
Lunch will be in the Victoria Gallery Museum, a short walk from the physics building. We are booked in at 12.30.
Thursday evening meal (included in fee)
We are booked in at Bundobust, a street-food indian restaurant, on bold street, at 7.30pm (highlighted in map below).
