Talks
- Length: 15 min + 5 min Q&A
- Slides will be presented from the presenter PC
- 🚨 Please upload your slides to Indico at least 1 hour before the session that your talk is in 🚨
- Slides may be uploaded in PDF or PowerPoint format
- You may bring a USB stick with your presentation for redundancy
- If your presentation is in a different format, such that it might not be possible to present them from the presenter's PC, please contact the organisers in advance to check if we can accommodate you.
Posters
- Format: DIN A0 Portrait
- 🚨 Please print your poster beforehand, there is no option for printing it here 🚨
- Please upload a PDF of your poster to Indico before the workshop.
- We encourage putting up posters at the beginning of the workshop on Monday morning and leaving them mounted until the end of Tuesday. This will allow discussions during coffee breaks as well.
- We ask poster presenters to be at their posters during the poster session. But of course, this should not keep you from grabbing lunch ;)
- 🏆 Best poster competition 🏆: if you have uploaded your poster PDF to indico and have a poster up the day of the poster session you will automatically enter the competition. Judges will assess your poster during the poster session. You will be judged on: poster structure and quality; presentation skills and clarity; scientific understanding, rigour and detail; insight and ability to answer questions.
- Please remove your posters at the end of the day on Tuesday at the latest
